America's Servicing Comp. Has to be Stopped!!!

In July 2006 I refi my home, all was fine until they forced placed home owner's insurance, since February they have charged me with 2 late payments because I did not pay the mortgage with their insurance payment, however, now they are putting the previous month's payment in suspense and telling me I am a month behind!!! Is there an organization besides taking them to small claims Court that would prosecute fraudulent Mortgage companies ? My home is for Sale for the past year and I pray that all homes that are under this evil company sells so that we could all get out this company.
When I pulled my credit report, my beacon score went down 150 points !
I feel that all of us that are under the ASC Curse need to get together and put these theievs out of Business!

I have the same headache with them raising my payment over 1000 and I cant afford this? They have no reason besides greed, I dont want to loose my house, but I am ready to pack my bags and say ***...

I am currently in federal lawsuit I have brought involving multiple lenders including ASC, I would be interested in joining a class action suit, and may just have the individual to handle it.

ASC Foreclosed my home without give me a reasonable payment arrangement. before my home was taken from my hands. i found a home to rent double the amount i was paying for my home. when i offered to pay that to ASC they sd no i have to pay what they want, no less. I begged for weeks while still sending them payments to show i was making an effort to keep my home. But still nothing, it was like begging and pleading to a wall.

i hope that together we all can put up a fight aganist ASC what a horrible company to have to deal with we are in the same boat as everyone that has made any comments about them how can anyof us get away my husbands credit score has gone down 200 points in less than one year because of all of the bull**** stories that we have heard from ASC HELP SOMEONE

if you dont have your own ins i know they have the right to issue you ins which will be included in your mortgage pymnt. if you choose not to make the pymnt in full it will be considered a partial pymnt that will then go to a suspense acct until the pymnt is made in full. while in suspense if you have any unpaid fees they will pay them w/those funds. same goes for unpaid taxes etc

I am also a customer (not a lawyer) of America's Servicing Center (aka ASC) and have been reading on numerous message boards about the same situations over and over with customers of ASC. Such as Incorrect information given, misplaced payments, false information, lies and downright fraud.
Many other posters have mentioned an interest in a class action suit, so if you are a client of ASC and are having problems with them please email me (just once) about your situation and what ASC has done or failed to do. Please include the following information: First Initial and Last Name, City & State, When you got the loan with ASC or when they bought it, If you are behind in your payments how many months. And then your story. DO NOT SEND ME ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION such as account numbers or ss#!!!
I figure if I can get enough people together I can then (hopefully) find a lawyer to help with a class action suit. I am not guaranteeing anything and I personally cannot provide any type of assistance. I am not a lawyer, I am just in the same situation as many other people. We must come together to fight this company!!!
