I am also very upset. ASC set up an escrow account and I was paid up until 2007 for all taxes, they paid all of my taxes for 2007 which brought my monthly payments way over 1,000. How can you loose a home owing 2007 taxes, 2007 taxes are not delinquent until March of 2008!!!!!!!! I will beat them at their own game, luckly I am able to pay down my principle and get refinanced with a different company, ASC is a big rip off!!!!!! I have had several mortgage companies before they are the worse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what a terrible company!!!!!
