I was happy to find out that my husband and i are not the ony ones suffering from what asc has done. We had financial difficulties in november and fell behind on our mortgage for 2 months, when i called asc in january to make payment arrangements they told me thier computer systems were down and we could not make a payment or make payment arragments, we were floored. I had to call back every day to see if there computers were up and running and every time they told me they were down , well now it has effecting my credit with lates, so after calling every day for a month , i called and asked them for a letter stating that thier systems were down so i could try to clear up my credit report and they told me on that phone call they could'nt do that and there systems are up now, ( how ironic). so now i am in forecloser and have attorney fees adding up, and my credit is being affected every month.
