Foreclosure judgment in 2006-Due to current market, value of property has depreciated-ASC won't waive or discount any of their charges to allow me to qualify for a refinance loan-tried forebearance agreement, but ASC wants 50% of arrears up front before they will approve. Ran out of options, and I don't know who else I can contact to hear me so that I can work out a more reasonable arrangement to save my house and keep a roof over my kids heads-I need to cut out the middle man and reach the main source for help!
