ASC foreclosed my house and didn't pay off loan

Americas Servicing Company complaint
My home went into foreclosure last august from ASC. I had an 80/20 loan with them and the money they made from the auction paid off the first mortgage but they didn't apply any to the second mortgage. So now they are reporting that the first mortgage was foreclosed and the second mortgage is still open and past due. I thought that when a house goes into foreclosure that is for the whole mortgage. How can I dispute this with them or who can I contact to help with this matter. Any suggestions? they wont actively collect the debt but it will still show on your credit until they are able to write off the debt

The First foreclosed and wiped away the second. This only means that the house is not the collateral for the second.

They can still try to collect from you or issue a deficiency judgment.

The first foreclosed and wiped out the 2nd since you no longer own the property they cannot come back on you at least if you live in CA.
