ASC not helping me as was promised!

I also faxed the requested doc's to the Loss Mitigation Dept. and I also waited and waited and when I finally called, no doc's were ever received. I was soooo pissed off that I threated to just stop making pymts! My payment went from $1400. to over $1900. a month.
I received a call the other day from Bonnie in the San Bernardino Ca office. She was so sorry about my situation she told me call the Loan Modification # M-F from 5am to 8pm. I called Friday at 6pm just to hear a recording, telling me to call back M-F 8-5 during business hrs. Pissed off in Fresno CA
