Call A Rat A Rat America's Servicing Company are Crooks

Americas Servicing Company complaint by Carlos

This Company is a mortgage servicing company for Wells Fargo. They are using their position to take advantage of homeowners. Homeowners that contact them for help are lead down a road of shams. People that own homes are not crooks; they are hard working people that have gotten into a dilemma. The problem with America's Servicing Company or (Wells Fargo) is that people for them have become numbers on a balance sheet. These banks go on the news and to the US government and ask for help. But went help is asked of them they offer their back hand. There was a time went people knew the bank manager and they would work out a plan to get things in order. But at last these days are gone. What we have left is a system that has failed us and will lead to more problems for the banks.

I also am in foreclosure with ASC. I have been fighting for over a year with them.I even did the Loan modification for 8 months making my payments ontime and was denied the mod due to them making my payments too high according to my income. If you want to keep your house and need some help call Wells Fargo at 800 416 1477 and ask about the Hope For Homeowners Now program. I hope this helps. Another way is to apply for the Loan Modification to buy time If you really want to keep your house. I have been fighting since Sept of 2007 and My house is supposed to be sold at auction Dec this year I am still fighting and will fight until it is sold. I will lose over 60000 dollars if they take my house. There are ways to beat them at their own game DO NOT STOP LOOKING FOR WAYS TO KEEP YOUR HOUSE. (unless you WANT to lose it). Good luck all.

I've owned my home for 20 years. I've been on time with my mortgage for 20 years. I'm 3 months late and now ASC wants to take my home. Is there no justice? I've begged them for help and they only offer this, pay up or get out.

I am expereiceing the same bad ethics as all who complains about America's Servicing company- yet my paperwork reads US National Bank Association. I am trying to find out if this company really service for other banks or if they are simply a division of banks- BNC / Option One seems to have a strong connect with this company
