My story is similar to all of the others. We just went through loan modification and my payment was increased from$998.00 to $1557.00. They placed me into foreclosure because they kept suspending my payments and not placing them as credit to my mortgage account...

The only way to fight ASC is to join together and expose them for the ruthless business that they are. I didn't choose them to be my lender. I have evidence that I made all of my payments and they still don't care.

I never received any materials from Ashworth University and and they are billing me for 1200.00 which has caused me to have to file a bankrupty. I am not pleased at all, rather disappointed. Please help

ASC has now started the same thing with me. I paid my Dec 2008 payment before the end of the month. The money was taken from my checking account but, was never posted to my loan account. I spoke with them and they said they have placed it into an unassigned account because my account is under review. When I received my Jan 2009 statement it had almost $500 in penalties and fees saying if I don't pay this by Feb 17th (which included my Dec payment which they have already received) that they will accelerate a foreclosure action. Please contact me with any class action info regarding ASC. I've been attempting a loan mod with them since July 2008 and have gotten no where. Now they are taking my money and I feel as though they are setting me up to steal my home.

Ive been doing loan modifications for the past year now. Ive dealt with pretty much every lender out there and trust me ASC is one that i hear alot of negative things about from my clients. They say they can help...they have you fill out a form or talk with someone on the phone (which takes 1hour on Hold) and then tell you we will contact you( like that happens).....when it comes to a loan modification yeah anyone can try and do it but chances of suceeding are very slim....another service i provide is a loan document audit!! believe it or not you would be suprised how many violations are within these documents....which is used by my company to get what we want!! (something affordable today!!) but this is only one example of things we do...we have been succesful with just about every lender but keep in mind not everyone can qualify...email me your questions or info and i can advise you on what you should do before its too
