This is the worst assitance a borrower could get, I set up a specual forbereance repayment plan, they gather all the info they could from us and set up a not pleaseant repayment of my debt, once I received the in writing the agreement it was different of what was agreed on the phone, every time i tried to talk to the same person it was impossible, they told me I had 4 days to send $5,000 to start the loan modification program but I insisted that documentation received was different of what we spoke over the phone but they kept insisting that I had to send the money fisrt, I don't know what to do now time has gone by and now I in the foreclosure process I want to get back to my payments but in the terms we agreed initially what can I do?
If anyone can give a light on how or who can deal with this ASC I would be grateful for ever

call consumer credit counsuling to help you with this company. I found out its the only way to get things done with them. I have been denied for every program that they offered me, and I am not late with any payments or in forclosure. So I dont think they help anyone. The lady I talked with at consumer credit said they are the worst company to work with, that I will need there help. Hope this helps Here is consumer credits number 1-800-569-4287

Contact the Corparation Commision in your state ASC is owned by Wells Fargo yet another Crooked Company

They are nasty people. I called on 4/14/08 asked how much to get current and they gave me dollar figure which I paid the following day. My next statement comes in says I owe 682.56 except it shows money in suspense so I call to find out what the balance is to see if the suspense money is applyable or not. I am now told to get current I need to pay 1199.56 now if I paid in April and got current how can I owe then my monthly mortage paymenty. The just tell me its attorney fees. But my repayment plan was to include that amount. They are such rip offs. I am just going to sale my house so I can get away from these crooks.

The only thing you can do is continue to call. Document each call with a date and time and name and ask for a supervisors number. It is hard to get them to call you back or tell you what is going on. I was working with their mit dept and last year in december finally locked in to a fixed rate (still high) with them. my paymens started in march and i've made them on time, but i have been fighting with them for two months to get them to post my payments correctly. KEEP CALLING. tell them you will contact the BBB or send a letter to the President of the company. In this case, FEAR FACTOR has to be placed on them and away from you... STAY STRONG!!!!

It is very hard to understand how this company can stay in business with their method of operation. Everytime I call it takes at least 2 hours to be able to talk to A PERSON & then they never have a clue. No one EVER returns the promised phone call. Letters give a dead line that passed before it was written. I was approved & denied a new ARM many times in one day it was crazy the first denial was because I didn't return info by the due date, aahh, no due date was given in the letter. These people say anything that comes to mind, like skip your next payment ... NOT .... my payments were in suspension because I did not pay the amount due. Wrong, I paid more than $100. over amount due because that is what the last letter told me to do. Guess what I sent the smaller amount of the two then everything was okay! WILD!!! This month I was not given the new amount due not a correct addess where to send it so I sent the lesser amount guess we shall see how that goes.
This is where HUD & the Federal Government has to step in and throw out these stupid *** and take over and right the wrongs that have happened to people. The BIG DOGS that make the big $$$$ need to earn their keep.
