Me and my husband had experience the so call late fees. we payed and we were still being harrased. There was insurance placed on our home without our knowledge. whenever me or my husband would call and try inqury about anything we got the third degree like were bothering them.They started escrow account that we knew nothing about.

Well eventually we had to file bankruptcy and they are so crooked to the point they told us to use there lawyers for this process. (we didn't) well we pay our bankruptcy faithfully and these people are reporting our credit payments as 120 days late. Now this is crazy! we were not even 60 days behind when we filed bankruptcy. we were not 60 days late when we got our foreclosure papers. Now me and my husband are trying to refinace our home and due to this unfair credit report we are unable. Then they say it is nothing that they can do about it, its my lawyers fault. Bull! You recieve your payments on time each month from our salaries like our other creditors and theirs are current why not ASC. Talking to them is like talking to a 3 month old child because everyone has a diffrent story.We are still recieving statements from these people and a adj. rate that increase every 6 months. Concern and want out of debt.
